Hey,

I have a problem. My train is leaving tomorrow at like 7AM and I wanted to activate my pass today. Upon entering the last three characters of my passport number (as requested by the app), I receive an error message "Something went wrong." My hotel at my destination is already booked and if this problem doesn't resolve itself in until tomorrow morning I will have lost a lot of money. I already called the discover eu hotline for help but they couldn't help me. I then tried getting into contact with the help center but there are no answers yet. Any suggestions on what to do?

RESOLVED: I logged out of my account and then back in. This made it work.
