I am planning on making a new account and rushing as fast as possible to max out th19 (or th20 depending how it goes). I am also planning on maxing out all equipment and am wondering if anyone else has mathed out the best way to spend gems/raid medals if you are trying to max out ASAP. Also wondering if it is worth using the gems/raid medals to get Otto before spending anything on ore/books. Assume loot is a non issue.
