Amazon Renoval Order

I have a large removal order about +1500 units of product, I've never had to remove these many units at once, and the majority of the time, it would be through small parcels. I have a small warehouse, nothing crazy, just 800sf. However, I don't have a forklift for the next month. I need to be proactive and conduct this removal order within a week, two weeks max, before it expires. Is there a way to request a lift gate for removal orders? With 1500+ units, im estimating around 3 pallets, 4 at most.

Wholesale Amazon FBA to Wholesale TikTok Shop

I'm based in the U.S. I've been wholesaling on Amazon for about 2 years now and have only utilized FBA. I'm looking to start selling on TikTok. I sell mainly ethnic groceries, snacks, seasonings, etc. Here are some questions I have.

  1. What are the fees like? I don't plan on utilizing Fulfillment by TikTok, but their fees seem to be all over the place.

  2. Shipping Labels/Fees? I used to sell on eBay and did a few FBM orders in my life, and shipping labels were the majority of the cost for many of our sales. We got our labels from Pirate Ship, and they offered us about the same rates as Amazon and eBay. Does TikTok Shop have better shipping rates (Fulfilled by Seller)?

  3. Should I sell at a loss or even? When you first start selling on TikTok, your seller account is limited to 50 orders, then 100, and so forth until you can build trust from TikTok. Additionally, you're limited to 5 videos a week for your products, and even more limitations when your store is below 5,000 followers. So do I maximize my sales volume for these few days/weeks and sell at a loss of 5-10% per item, or should I stick to profiting from slower sales but waiting longer for my account to be fully unlocked?

Clarification: Wholesale on Amazon is Supplier->Me-> Customer

We buy in bulk and sell in small quantities.
