what i’ve done: i’ve been taking pycnogenol since january and i do >10,000 steps, 30 minutes on my vibration panel, and 10-15 minutes of red light therapy everyday. i’ve also been on reta since august 2025 and have been eating in a calorie deficit. AFTER ALL OF THAT this is my progress from late february to late april to today

i feel like this is some good progress?? i don’t see it when i’m living my life day to day but looking at it like this i can see a difference for sure. i’d already lost a lot of weight before i took the picture in february but ive worked p hard since then to keep losing. i’m aware i have loose skin at the tops of my thighs and i’m aware my underwear is all humongous on me (lmfao there’s also period blood in picture 2– my bad for being a girl who leaked right before taking a shower and didn’t notice until rn so i can’t go back and cover it now). no free feet but be aware that my feet are completely touching in the last picture— something i used to not even be able to do!!! still got no knees tho :(
