My 3 year old cat appears to have a large cystic (a smaller than the size of a dime) pimple behind her ear. Looks to be an enlarged pore with a rock hard substance already emerging out.

She doesn’t seem in pain and is still eating and full of energy which makes me think it’s just a huge zit. I have already spent lots of money on the vet last month for different issue- so I’m trying to avoid going this time around. Does anyone have any advice on how to clean out pore?
