I heard that Shiloh Bar & Grill's (old train station) building has been sold. Then I heard that the land under the building and where Broadway Diner is was sold and it's going to be leveled to build apartments.

What has the community heard? I'd be honestly surprised if the city allowed the old Katy station to be demolished. I know we need more housing, but demolishing a historical landmark seems wild. But again, could just be a rumor.
