Hey I am not sure what to do next.

Upgrade ? Reinstall the OS (Windows 11) ?

I have the feeling that something isnt working how it should.

First of all I am trying to play Hogwarts legacy and I can't play with those legs and full time 24-> 30 fps like thats somehow killing the feeling of the game.

to my specs :

2 monitor setup 2x 1920x1280 main is gsync ready and it should be turned on. (I just reinstalled all grafik drivers because of that)

AMD 5 x 5600x

16gb ram (2x8gb 2133mhz)

2tb nvme 990samsung the game is on that SSD with the OS

1000w powersuply be quiet

3080ti 12gbvram

1tb HDD

Now what do i need to do should i upgrade something or should i try to find a systemerror ?
