Keep bible study away from the grocery store

It’s starting to scare me how many times random people try to walk up to me while I’m grocery shopping to join a bible study group. It’s always a woman targeting me and despite my no, they push with more tidbits and questions. Now I’m never going to that grocery store but they always made my coffee just right uhhhhh

Today’s it was a white woman who claimed her baby was in the car with her friend and she was enjoying the weather. Last week it was an older black lady who didn’t want to walk up on me and frighten me but I should join her for bible study.

Is this a cult thing? When I look at these people they genuinely seem sincere but I’m just not going for this anyways if I wanted to study the bible id take more theology classes. Maybe I should wear headphones. I also notice these people must think I live along because the lady asked me that today. Which is weird for a stranger to ask. But I always shop at that store alone which makes me think I’m being targeted. Maybe I should show up with my partner next time but he always overspends.

Just wanted to vent.
