1990-1996 Tabletop Adult Vintage Electronic Game

Sometime in the 90s, I went to Boise Idaho Mall to an educational game store. It sold games for kids but also for adults. By that time, I had already purchased elsewhere the well-known Lights Out 5X5 kid game. I was obsessed with it. Anyhow, I entered the store, and behind the counter up on a shelf was a non name brand version of Lights Out 6x6 Grid. It was black with the same lights out buttons and about 24 in rectangular. I can't remember if it was 1-4 players or 1-2 players capable, but from my understanding, the players played on opposite ends. Oh, and the primary operating buttons were on the left of the tabletop. It looked like a prototype, and the price was about $150. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? And no, it's not the oval one commonly seen on eBay. Does anyone know if it is a prototype of Lights Out geared towards execs. Has anyone seen one and may know either the name version and seen for sale?

Yeah, I'm still obsessed with it and wish I would have bought it back then. Yes, I saw the XL-25 Vulcan out of my price range and highly sought after, especially by Trekkies.🤭
