Has anyone been able to overcome it? I am 14M, and it's been a struggle of mine for a few years now. I have gotten better at controlling it with the help of the Lord, but I still cannot quit. I feel deep guilt and shame when I do it, and that affects my mental health. Any tips from other teens who have been able to stop would be greatly appreciated. Pray for me, please!

I am a 12-year-old boy who is addicted to lust. It has ruined my relationships with girls and has taken a huge toll on my mental health. I have tried everything - working out, praying & meditating, listening to God's word, staying busy, cold showers, eating healthier, and so much more. I have watched a thousand videos on YouTube for advice. Nothing. A thousand Reddit threads with tips. Still fell. Am I stuck forever? How do I stop? Please help me, please.
