Crying during dua for current hardships
Assalamulaikum brothers and sisters.
I hope everyone had a blessed Eid with their families. I am writing this message today because I have been experiencing some hardships recently. To be specific, keeping up with school has been very tough lately. I’m usually a very good student Mashallah, but recently I’ve been struggling to keep up despite my best efforts. I have also recently been trying to acquire my drivers license as it has been a long goal of mine since last year. However my tests have not been going great due to errors that are considered automatic fails. I make dua everyday that I am able to pass this test once and for all soon by Allah SWT’s will. I understand that he has a plan for me and this is just a temporary challenge. Please keep me in your prayers for me to pass this test as it has made this past week very difficult with the feeling of failure.
Today, I had just prayed maghrib and completely broke down in my dua. I asked Allah to forgive me for my sins, for my families sins, and to make life easier. I felt so pure and my heart felt softer and more sincere. I asked him to make these hardships easier as well as my family are currently in a tight situation.
I understand that Allah has a plan for all of us, even if we see failure in one specific way. To anybody reading this, thank you. If there is any comfort or duas you can provide for me, please let me know. I thought I’d share this experience as I thought it was beautiful, and I hope my hardships are eased inshallah.
