Trying to cook 20lbs of wings on my RT590. Looking at a few grill rack options on Amazon, but curious if you guys have any other recommendations. I’d love to get out of this with one round of cooking, and not worry about multiple cooks and keeping the first batch warm/fresh.
What’s the most wings you’ve cooked, and what works for a quantity of 150+ wings? I’ve read that 50+/- are all I’ll get on the standard grate.
Looking at the Q77k, QM5k, and the QM6k. Essentially, $800 vs $1200. Is the QM6K worth the premium over the other two? Which of the lower options wins out?
I like the idea of buying from Costco for the warranty, but the QM5K seems like an awesome deal at Best Buy.

A neighbor gifted me some reapers, and I plan to make a fermented hot sauce. I’m looking for a recipe that can elevate the flavor, and not just ruin me. The goal is to bottle a few to gift, so I’m looking for something that won’t kill anyone.
My thought was to cut with a more mild pepper as a filler, and ferment with onion and garlic. Never made a hot sauce before, so any tips are great. Thanks!
