Forgot to get groceries after work, so made do
Scrounged up what I had laying around and ended with a classic fried spam sandwich with some kewpie mayo and New Mexico hatch chilis on a toasted brioche bun. Of course I also had to make a little salad on the side since this was a healthy meal for healthy boys.
