As the title states, specific spells/abilities are causing connection issues that do not resolve without leaving. Schism spells such as the executors mind control, or dungeon spell from the guiles where they do the teleport, attack and teleport back is causing connection issues in my multiplayer games with friends (three of us). Whenever we end up in battle and simultaneous turn ends, whenever we click these abilities the game seems to go out of sync, or some sort of connection issue. We've tried multiple things such as:
- ensuring turn-based is on
- doing the fight (if the third party leaves the game, it resumes) and loading a save, but in this scenario the slot becomes locked for the third player
- loading the save prior to the fight and re-trying
etc.
but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this or have a solution?
Also, as an aside, if playing with simultaneous turns, how does the turn order get decided when player parties interact/spot each other? In every instance thus far, the lobby host has gotten priority which is quite the unfair advantage if it's deterministic as such.
