Not sure if anyone has asked this before but, how do you become a driver if you already work at worldport? Or is that not a thing? Do I have to quit and then reapply for that position?

I am looking for someone who is really good at what they do, and can fix just about anything on any shoe. My SO has a pair of boots that are his absolute favorite. Problem is, they’re worn down and they don’t sell this particular pair of boots anymore. It has some stains on the suede part of the boot and is detaching from the outsole with both of them.
