Self doubt! Help me seniors

It’s the final year
And next week onwards 9th sem is starting
Im worried after the internals coz there’s a lot
Even I’m comparing myself to my friends
Im even confused about the sources of book now

So for medicine:I’m referring to marrow notes + a note book ( where the short answers which are not present in marrow , I referred from Google + chatgpt + archit boloor)

Surgery: marrow + notes ( similar for short answer qn , referring short Bailey)

Obs: idk , I had bought sheshadri, but thottittillaaa
Referred marrow notes

Others are fine, oru text undalloo🫠
Like op Ghai, dhingra for ent,Khurana for Ophthal, seshadri for gynec

Is this method fine( for theory exam)
Enthengilum change cheyyano?
Btw decipher aan nokkkunne
Pass avuallolleee

MBBS -surgery?

I just have started my 8th sem surgery postings. So I’m planning to study all the practical cases that’s important for exam. Other than that, what else should I study? I heard there’s a lot of theory topics that we miss out? Which text should I prefer or is marrow notes enough for that?
