Is it impossible to get cards at msrp now?
Hi so i thought about getting back into pokemon cards, the last i did it was circa 2018. Had no idea about the market now so blindly went to toys r us and 711 to look for packs but to my absolute surprise there were none. Visited the cardshack machine as i mistakenly thought it was from the official store, i genuinely thought i was going crazy seeing a pack sell for $30!?! Only then i searched online and found this sub and fell down the rabbit hole of the pokemon card resale market in sg. What the hell happened, in 2018 you could easily find a pack at retail stores!
Genuinely i just want a sensing of what happened to the pokemon tcg scene in sg now! Why the suddent rise in scalpers? Yes i know i am extremely late to this but i seriously had no idea about the current pokemon scene
And if anyone knows where to get cards, literally just a pack for a reasonable price please let me know! And what are some reseller stores i should avoid
