Lifting for one year but no noticeable growth

I've started lifting consistently again for the past one year. My workout routine comprises of a three day split, chest/triceps, back/biceps and legs. Ive noticed that I haven't seen any noticeable growth even though I've witnessed strength gains. My diet isn't the best so that clearly doesn't help but I'm cutting out on carbs and leaning heavily into protein. What do I need to change with my workout routine to promote muscle growth?
