I accidentally hit this wall with something I was carrying and discovered it’s very soft when I gauged this out of it. It’s so soft I can dig bits out of it with my nail. It seems to be hard underneath just the top 1cm or so is like this. Any advice on what’s going on here and how to fix it? Texture is chalky
