Recently all steam games have been lagging when playing with fullscreen and it's really annoying. My pc is really new and haven't really touched bios a lot but don't feel like bios has much to do with this. I can tab out and then tab in again and I'll have a lot of fps for a few seconds before it drops to around 40-60fps. I have tried to find a solution but couldn't really find one. I just hope some of you can help me or at least recommend me to try something, and I'll let you know if it works. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

A few days ago I wanted to play some games like usual, but when I entered the game I realised a huge fps drop even though my overlay was showing 200+ fps. I've tried a lot of things and none of them seem to work. At first it was only one game, but then it got worse and started happening on other games as well. I've tried turning off the optimisation for games in windowed but that doesn't work. I've factory reset my pc in case there was something wrong with my files. I genuienly have no idea what it could be and haven't really found anything for this problem on reddit or just anywhere on google.

My pc specs are:
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (16 GB)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor
RAM: 32,0 GB
Motherboard: TUF GAMING B850-PLUS WIFI
