Been a while since I’ve redecorated my kindle. This time I wanted it to look far more fictional. I added a lot of worlds from series I like.

I can’t believe I never had the chance to play this game. The combat system itself is refreshing unlike anything I have experienced before in jrpgs. The pins system takes time to learn its perks but once you do it’s incredible what abilities you can unlock. The special sync attacks with your party members are nice. I didn’t really used Shiki, Joshua or Beat individually because I’m bad at multitasking. The music is tantalising beat down of cacophony of marvellous melodies accompanying the story. The puzzles and challenges can very challenging debating on what mode you using (I was on normal mode except for the end boss… I don’t have the patience to fight somebody stronger then me because I’m old.)

As for the story- I think what took me in is Neku character development thanks to his friends. The my only downside is the fact that some twists didn’t work for me because of my years of jrpgs. I supposed if I came into it later I could have resonated far more than I did.

Just wonderful game. I’m so happy I got to play it on the original hardware!

You guys recommend the sequel too? How does it fare in comparison to the original?
