Hi all! I’m an incredibly anxious person and I know this will affect the way I give birth. My sister, who is a CNM, recommended that I do hypnobirthing classes regardless of how I anticipate I’ll give birth. I can’t justify spending $450 in this season of life though. Does anyone know of any other options? Has anyone tried the Better Birth Stories class? I’m okay with under $100.
