Saw a used 2009 Honda fit sport with a manual transmission and 112k miles sitting in this dealer lot. However looking around around it it does have some body rot, rust and bad paint. Is this cause for concern? Does this rust mean that under body or structural rust is likely? I glanced at the carfax report it seemed like nothing bad happened to it
