How long does it take a company to get back to you after an interview
I reached out to this particular company asking them if they hiring any intern or fresher and they said yes and to send them my resume I did and then next day I got a call from their HR where he kinda took my interview asking all the question like what would I do for the company and all in the end he said yes okay we would like someone like you to join our company and he also asked about the pay and everything and then he set me up for an interview with the founder acc to me the interview was okay-ish she was smiling all the time I did hesitate at some places but it was fine and in the end I asked the founder if she had any feedback she would like to give me she said no everything is good. But now it's been two weeks and I haven't heard from them yet I messaged the hr as well but he hasn't replied to me. Is the company ghosting me then? They can just let me know if I'm rejected why would the hr not reply I dont understand
