Applied for bofa card from app, no confirmation from Rakuten or bofa but card approved
I applied for the bofa travel rewards card and the only place it shows up is in the shopping trip. Not in pending, I have no confirmation email from bofa or Rakuten but i am approved for the card.
Support won’t help because there is no confirmation number on Rakuten’s side of any sort. Do I have any recourse here? No email, nothing in pending whatsoever. Did it through the app.
