Considering a used 2015-2018 Cayenne and want input from owners before I commit.

Buying:

•	What to check on a PPI for this generation?  
•	Best trim/engine to prioritize   
•	Sweet spot mileage vs. red flag?  
•	Known issues for these years

Costs:

•	Rough annual maintenance costs?  
•	Big-ticket items around 60k-100k miles?  
•	Parts cost/availability vs. Lexus RX or Audi  
•	Worth an extended warranty, or self-insure?

Anything you wish you knew before buying?

Comparing against a Lexus RX 350 for reliability, but the Cayenne is tempting. Real experiences (good or bad) appreciated!
