This one might be a software issue, or a user error lol but….

here goes. We have a new HP OfficeJet pro 9730e in our office. We also use pre hole punched paper. My boss is battling daily with how his documents print, mostly with the holes on the wrong side. He’s now declared it’s broken not that he keeps flipping the paper in the printer to go in a different direction every time it doesn’t do what he wants 🤦‍♀️. Most of our documents we print are out of bluebeam revu as PDF. Is there a way to fix the orientation on all docs so they print aligned properly vs having to change each individual file? I’m really hoping this is something I can do in basic printer settings and not in the bluebeam side
