Corporate is rolling out a new “AI” deployment tool to do the audits for the field leaders.

I understand wanting to uphold an image during rush hour. But also wanting 100 plus tasks done during that time while being short staffed and expecting everyone to stand in their places without moving is frustrating.

Chipotle prides itself on “hiring from within” but I guess I’m just foolish to think the higher ups would understand what crew members go through :(
