This is appalling. I know they were busy but seriously?
I probably should have left.

I probably should have left.
Just hit 86 throughput at today’s BOGO 🎉🎉🎉🎉
(25k sales too)
For those who don’t know, throughput is measured by how many entrees you get through the line in 15 minutes, so we were averaging roughly 1 entree every 10 seconds
Great job to my team :)
For background i just landed a job in the hvac field the carear i went to school for. i know i have shifts this weekend but the job is offering me more money (20 an hour vs 17.25) and wants me to start asap how should i respond to my gm here. also not to sound lazy but its been a rough week i went through a break up with my girlfriend and just want some time to chill out before working a argubly more high stress job. obviously chipotle dosent give af but if im leaving anyways why even finish the shifts you know?
This was the worst BOGO I’ve experienced at 7 years at Chipotle. Doing a “school spirit” BOGO during a move-in day of 3 local universities from 3-11?! We were literally slammed for the last 6 hours with at least 40 ppl in line. Chipotle doesn’t allocate any extra labor to these BOGOs, but expect you to prep and serve an extra $3-4k worth of food. Not to mention, you literally have no time to give out breaks, clean, prep more food, preclose or catch a breath, because it last up until CLOSE. And then ppl come on here whining about dirty lines and the store being out of shit, but would be complaining if everyone wasn’t hands on deck get them through the line faster. Chipotle has got to change the way they approach these in the future.
Shoutout to staff cuz they DID NOT skimp one bit lol, massive burritos. I made sure not to get any veggies or salsa outside of corn cuz those don’t reheat well but man. Ts hittin rn lol even put queso on a couple of them hoes
i was supposed to have a cathartic 10pm crying session in a market basket parking lot with my steak burrito last night. you even got my hopes up because it was the size of my head. i told my therapist about this today.
Just coming here to remind chipotle that it’s time to bring back the smoked brisket and get rid of this nasty ass honey chipotle chicken. And while you’re at it just keep brisket forever. Thank you.
I’m eating in my local Chipotle right now. Came in with my partner for this great Show Your School Colors promo where entrees are BOGO today when you wear apparel with a school name or colors.
At the register the cashier said, “I gave you guys the discount”. We said thanks, and I asked if she could scan my Chipotle Rewards QR code so I could earn points for the one meal. She said no, her managers told all the employees that today is an either/or day: get the BOGO discount OR earn Chipotle points. Is this correct?
I asked for a receipt so maybe I could put in for points later tonight. She declined to give a receipt, saying people have been trying to get Chipotle points with it.
It all seemed strange. Food is good, though.
I wish I got a picture of the top. The fryer at my store apparently hasn’t been cleaned for like a month. My GM had me start cleaning it after I was supposed to be off and wanted me to just scoop some stuff out and put the oil back in, but the heater was so caked with chip debris that I had to spend 2 hours fully cleaning it and still couldn’t get everything off. If anyone has any tips on how to get this thing shiny I would appreciate it. I just used detergent then rinsed it with sanitizer then water.
Went to my local Chipotle in KC metro area. Got two bowls, ready to pay and kinda nervous about saying I wanted the BOGO promo.
THE manager just waved me though. I was trying to hand him my card and he told me, "Our payment system is down, there is no way to take your payment. Your food is free."
Wtf! Is this local or did the entire country crash from this offer?
It was a line out the store getting free food. Ouch.
White rice, black beans, honey chicken, veggies, corn, cheese. Picked up in person. I saw them skimp me, didn't have the guts to walk out.
i’ve seen a lot of ppl not getting any prizes and being confused. here’s how to make sure you get a reward. based on the official rules:
all you need to do is submit your iq test at the start of an hour.
this is bc at the start of every hour from 9AM-9PM ET, 5000 BOGO, then 1,500 queso, and then 1,500 lime sauce codes are given out. once the 8,000 codes have run out (usually 5-15 minutes after each hour depending on time of day), you will either get 50 pts or nothing since prizes have run out for the hour.
also, you are only eligible for each reward once so if you got it in the past two days you can’t get it again. so if you do it at the start of the hour you will get bogo UNLESS you have already won a bogo.

I have a school shirt that says class of 2016 with school name, would this work???
I always get the same exact thing on mobile order. It was always like pictured in my local location in nyc. Then I moved to the suburbs of Chicago and got half that in all 3 stores around me. I boycotted for 2 months until I caved in and went again. It looks like pictured again in 2 diff locations.
This is a $12.56 Steak bowl, used BOGO and able to get 4 hefty meals out of them. I don't know what to expect anymore the next time I go...
It was even an online delivery order 👏🏼
