Really looking forward to WarDogs! Just wondering if there are any plans for dedicated OCE/Australian servers at launch, or potentially down the track?
Would love to know what the plans are for the Australian/OCE player base, as we often seem to get forgotten about when it comes to server support.
Has anyone else just... fallen out of love with War Thunder?
I've been playing War Thunder for about 3 years now. In that time I've clocked around 2,400 hours and spent roughly $1,000 AUD on the game.
The weird thing is... I don't think the game is bad.
I still genuinely think War Thunder is one of the most unique and incredible games ever made. There simply isn't another game that scratches the same combined arms, realistic vehicle combat itch. Every time I watch gameplay videos, I think, "Damn, I want to play."
But when I actually launch the game... I just don't.
Over the last 6 months I've barely played properly. Maybe once a month I'll load in, play half a match, then log off. It's not because I'm angry at Gaijin or because I hate the game. The spark is just... gone.
I honestly miss wanting to play it. I miss getting excited to grind a new vehicle, unlocking something I'd been chasing, or having those insane matches that kept me saying "just one more game."
Has anyone else gone through this and actually managed to get that feeling back?
Was it taking a long break? Switching nations? Changing game modes? Playing with friends? Or is this just one of those things where you've had your fun and it's time to move on?
I'd genuinely love to get hooked on War Thunder again because nothing else really comes close, but right now it just isn't scratching that itch anymore.
