Life in Bhubaneswar vs Bangalore
Hi guys, it’s been more than a year since I moved to Bhubaneswar. Before this, I lived in Bangalore for over two years because of my job. And honestly, the difference between the two cities is huge.
In Bangalore, people hardly judge anyone. Girls walk around in shorts and nobody stares, everyone minds their own business. But here in Bhubaneswar, judgment feels so common. Even if you’re just hanging out with a female friend, people give those hawas ki nazar looks.Another thing I noticed — in Bangalore, people don’t really show off.
They work hard during the week and then party harder on weekends with their own money. But here, it feels like everyone is trying too hard to show off, especially boys flaunting second-hand bikes or cars bought with their parents’ money. And instead of working hard and then celebrating, most are just partying with their dad’s wallet.
So I’m honestly thinking of shifting again, maybe back to Bangalore or even Hyderabad. What do you guys think?
