Cursed Tool Manifestation kinda works like how Kenjaku awakened Modern Sorcerers with Idle Transfiguration, where consuming a Cursed Tool (you have to consume it entirely, you can do it in pieces but if you miss a single piece nothing happens) it goes into a space inside you that isn't exactly your body/stomach (like how Yuji eating Sukuna's fingers didn't go into his literal stomach) and when you consume it, you gain the power of the Cursed Tool [Examples below]

Cursed Technique: Soul Slicer: This is the manifested technique of the Special-Grade Cursed Tool: Soul Split Katana, allowing the user to imbue the technique into any sharp weapon, a katana, a knife, even a shard of glass, the longer the technique is imbued the more effective it is.

The passive effect is that the user is consciously aware of the shape of souls, their own and everyone around them, allowing them to reinforce their own soul to protect against any attack that targets the soul, whether a direct hit or a passive damage, if they have reinforced their soul they are practically immune to taking soul damage

The downside is if you enter Technique Burnout you will take the full damage of any soul attacks you took over the past 3 hours, meaning you have to regulate your technique properly. If you enter Cursed Energy Recovery, your technique falls and you're unable to reinforce your soul until you're recovered

Curses Technique: Scale: This is the manifested technique of the Special-Grade Cursed Tool: Playful Cloud, allowing the user to scale their physical strength practically infinitely with CE, meaning the more CE the user puts into an attack the stronger it will be. This also scales more with Support Techniques such as Solo Forbidden Area, multiplying the techniques base CE scaling by the boost amount of the Support, making a potentially lethal amount of explosive power.

The passive effect is that you're stronger than the average person no matter what as long as you aren't in Technique Burnout/Cursed Energy Recovery, meaning you're strong enough to do damage to things most people wouldn't even if you're not actively reinforcing your strength

The downside is if you enter TB or CER you're weaker than a normal human, barely being able to do anything offensively
