I just got back from a long work assignment. 6 months. Went to check out my little natural built cabin and found this on the loft. Oh no! This is a small natural built clay slip structure that is 50 meters from my home.

Is this termite frass?

I am in central Oregon. How worried should I be of this infestation also being in my home? The beam

Also a photo of the tiny house from my house. How would a go about treating this in a very small space. Thank you. This is my first ever boring pest problem. Any advice is very welcome.
