Hey guys, just curious if anyone knows about some kind of underground alt-rock/emo scene with local bands. Obviously, there are a ton of random local bands but I'm more curious about underground music venues that only people in the scene really know about. I'm asking because I am in a post-hardcore/emo band and am trying to locate these types of places so that we can play in designated music venues rather than music venues that are really just a bar with a stage in it (supermarket, horseshoe tavern, etc.) If anyone knows of these types of places I am talking about, or knows someone who is in the know, please leave a comment!!!
