Swiggy accepted in gift cards, restricted my account later, now asking me to use balance in 48 hours
Swiggy accepted around ₹15,750 in gift cards into my wallet and later restricted my account without giving a proper explanation. We already filed a complaint in the consumer forum regarding this issue.
After multiple escalations, instead of permanently restoring services or refunding the amount, they told me to “use the balance within 48 hours.”
Why should customers be forced to spend money under pressure after the platform itself restricted the account?
Still no clear reason, no permanent solution, and no refund assurance. Considering further legal action now.
