What to choose, IIM Sambalpur Core or IIT Kanpur (or for that matter risk and appear again for CAT 2026)?

I am an AI Engineer at a Big4 in Bangalore with almost 3YOE now, getting paid a paltry 7 LPA. Working on a NBFC client on an awesome project, this has what made me stay
I am looking to switch and target 15-20LPA, getting interviews but a painful slow process.

I got an offer from IIM Sambalpur this year, and MBA from IIM Kashipur, IIT Kanpur and IIT Mandi are Waitlist/Pending. I feel giving CAT is not worth it since I'll lose points for workex and be old too when I graduate.
The issue is their average placement is what I can easily get by switching anytime in the next two years.
I will want to switch to general management in the future, as Big4 consulting made me realise it, but I can't weigh out milking the GenAI Wave we have.
What should i do?
GEM 9/8/8 with 34 months of work-ex as a AI Engineer with a Big-4. got calls for MBA from IIMKsp (A) and IIMSbp, IITMandi (WL) and Kanpur awaited. Dropping is not an option for me - since I'll start loosing marks for Workex, which even 100 percentile cant be make up for.
Currently looking for a job switch, where I am targeting 15-20LPA (doable, getting interview calls)
Other side, I feel like shifting to business/mgmt more than tech. I can't code forever. At Big4 consulting, I do like solving business problems than technical approach (code& implementation)
But IIMs packages 2 years later would hardly match what I can get with growing into Tech for the same time.
Confused if I should do MBA in the options available or do a Job Switch into better Ai roles
