My indoor plants doing worse than outdoor

This is my first time growing. I have 6 autoflower carmel cream plants from humbolt seeds. 5 indoor and 1 outdoor as a test. I planted them on April 10 in happy frog so no nutrients yet just water. You cant really tell from the pictures but the outdoor plant genuinely looks so beautiful with a thick ass stem and it looks really healthy and the indoor plants dont necessarily look bad except for the runt of the litter in the last pic but since i have the outdoor plant to compare it to its making me concerned about my setup. I have the lights at the reccomended height and power and just turned the lights up. I also have a fan running at the bottom to give it wind in the tent. Is there anything thats obvious that I'm doing wrong considering how much better the outdoor plant is doing? I considered maybe some sort of ph thing but i give them all the same water so idk. I live in San Diego so the outdoor conditions are optimal. Maybe more so than the indoor tent. Also I just watered before the pic thats why it looks so wet.

Update!!!!

I posted yesterday about the bumps on my penis. Just got back from my dermatology appointment. He said yep definitely molluscum. Then he said he could freeze them off and I said yes. I was super super anxious before the appointment (pooped 3 times this morning💀) but guys I am here to say it was no where near as painful as I thought. He also froze a wart off my finger and the finger wart hurt probably 3-4x worse than the molloscum on my penis when he froze it. So obviously idk if it worked yet I had new bumps popping up so most likely not and we booked another appointment for 3 weeks. Basically I am here to say for everyone that is nervous about going to the doctor for the pain or embarrassment etc. which I really was it is not that bad. Like for real. Obviously it hurts but I can say these things are more painful: tattoos, injections, blood draw, etc. So anyways I hope someone in the same situation can see this and it helps to calm your nerves. I will keep yall updated and again if any tips come to mind let me know.

I have been reading through your guys posts and it is so much more helpful and informative than anything else I have found through my research. I had recently discovered 5 bumps pretty much at the base of my penis(right side) that I am certain is molluscum. Now when I first looked it up it said "nothing to worry about, harmless, goes away on its own." Now I have another bump on the other side also base of penis and I'm realizing it may be spreading. I feel like a lot of the treatment tips I've seen recommended wouldn't work for me because of the location. For example the pimple patches everyone uses seem genius but can't stick and stay onto that area. So if you were me and you had just found these bumps what would you do to get ahead of it? Also I happen to have a dermatology appointment tommorow for a separate issue..What would you guys reccomend i ask the doctor about it/treatment. Any info would be super appreciated thank you guys.
