I’m thinking about organizing a weekly wellness/workout meetup in Abbotsford for moms who want to get back into a healthier routine, meet new people, and have some accountability in a supportive environment.
Idea would be things like:
• stroller walks
• beginner-friendly workouts
• gym meetups
• sauna/swim/hot tub sessions
• coffee after
Nothing intense or intimidating at all — more about consistency, confidence, mental reset, and building a positive community.
Most likely early mornings or weekends depending on interest. Babies/kids welcome for certain meetups too.
