Hello,
Has anyone encountered this from Mashreq ATM, I have noticed this twice. While i was using my liv debit card for withdrawing money from a mashreq ATM. Before the last step to withdraw. There is pop up on the screen which mentions there is AED 26 applicable fees to proceed. I have ended up declining the transaction when i have seen this

As far as I know that the standard rate is 2 AED if used to withdraw money from other bank’s atm

Any advise?

I checked with Liv and they said there no sort of charge like this on normal withdrawals and at max it is 2 AED
