hi! i got this jade plant at trader joes (shocking) and ive had it for two months now but there hasn’t been much growth despite 12+ hours by my grow light and water when it needs it. i have a bigger pot and i wanna see it thrive ! tips?

my friend gave me this succulent bc it was dying and i thought i could save it. it did well for a bit and i went to check its roots as some leaves are wrinkly, and i saw this. is it rotting? do i repot??
