so it’s been about a month and i broke no contact i didnt say much all i texted a few days ago was Hey! Hope you are doing well! kinda of weird but he texted me back 2 mins later and gave me a whole paragraph on what he has been up too and how busy he has been with work but never asked me anything and i felt stupid after and then the next day my friend said she saw him on a dating app. So in one way i realized it has helped me move on and the other i still feel stupid sending that text! So really thinkg before you do send anything
