What happens if an employer wants to put you on garden leave?
From reading my contract - two months on basic pay. I think they're required by law to pay holiday pay.
And they - according to my contract - can ask you to leave quickly.
If I resign I thought it was three months notice (I'm sure that's what my contract says). But I'm guessing it's better for them to fire you rather than leave?
