Glitch? Conjoined accts? SUPPORT is not helping.

Ive been having some issues working with the FB support specialists on resolving what I think to be a serious issue. A random user is in my payouts. Its been months ongoing and I have gotten passed around having to explain the entire thing over and over again. Sometimes they redirect me payout links and other times they send me back an automated response regarding other issues that would be popular, and most likely the most common answer, but nothing to do with my issue. (I reviewed your account and it doesn't look like there are any errors with your payout, so you should receive it within the next few days.) Which has absolutely nothing to do with the message I sent them.....This is the META support specialists/ Support... AI automated chat bot ??
Its been so long and I haven't gotten anywhere with these guys and Im worried about my identity and wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this or any info at all will be greatly appreciated. .
Very long story short, there is a random user in my payouts section on the Facebook app. I dont know this person, I have no idea how they got in there, but they are the main admin and hold more power than me. I cannot remove them because I need their permission. This person is in my transactions with "paid" beside their name many times, they are the only other payout source and the only other person in my account. I have no idea how they made themselves the main admin to my facebook page. This person can see all of my personal confidential information like my real name, home address, banking info, birthday, and my *** # that is half sarred out on my end, but Im unsure what that number would look like to someone who is the main admin,. This person shows up multiple times in transactions. But has been sitting there since Nov. 2025 and a few months un noticed. They didn't try to change my passwords. I havent noticed any suspicious behavior, nothing. Its like they dont even know.
This is where it gets weird. I look this user up briefly and they have several pages. One page with over one million followers. Amongst their pages is one with roughly 10k followers. For whatever reason I had (this is my own personal exp. and based off of intuition which is not a fact) I felt something weird about this one. This page reminded me of my OLD Facebook page, the way it looked, and was layed out but that page had gotten deleted randomly by FB after a few months with no reason. This page had just about the same amount of followers, was created around the same time (same month doesnt show date) I believe they shared about the same amount of posts, and then I look through the reels, and theres MY reels! Just awkwardly in there, for ref we are very different looking people so I def dont fit in and then I click and its got my exact description, with comments addressed TO ME. Where Im replying, under this other users acct, its in my tone, it sounds like me with love and kisses xo stuff but its under their name and then commenters reply to that without question... Like thats me! Its so bizarre. sometimes this acct even has my name in brackets beside it!!
I feel like theres a bug and our accts meshed, somehow my old, long gone, deleted, broken down,, pos, FB page (that I loved dearly and they made me lose my mind, trying to resolve what I had done to get silenced after shooting me up to 11k followers in my first week or two then dropping me like nothing right before Xmas. Rude. Again my own personal exp.) Had gotten deleted, but pieces of it still remained in this users page??? Make it make sense.
I feel like nobody is taking it seriously because they think Im complaining that my contents on his page or that hes in my payouts with paid beside his name a bunch, which are all reasonable.
The problem is, well theres a couple. The fact this person can see all of my confidential info, that Facebook quite literally gives zero fucks about it, and uses AI chat bot to solve issues that are urgent causing the human collective much grief.
Its very unsettling. Getting passed around from agent to agent having to explain it all over every time, the tickets that suddenly disappear after being told there was a huge security scan being done on my page that would take 3-5 days- so I chceked my inbox every day for a week and theres nothing, there was never anything, So I asked again, I had to explain that whole story because these things pretend like they dont remember or dont have access to past information, or open cases/tickets/issues, as if! The AI tells me enthusiastically, "if theres nothing in the issues tab that aligns with the date or issue there are no actions being taken on your page." Great... so I was told this big security scan was going on and they quite literally did nothing... but why?
Perhaps Im being annoying, I feel like thats the case. But Instead of passing me around why not just explain it to me so I can feel better about it. I feel like they know something I dont and its a glitch and maybe he cant see me at all or doesnt actually have access? This is all just my mind running off possibilities because I have no other choice. Theres no closure, no answers, no help, no accountability. These guys dont know what they have started or do they?
I clearly cant go to Facebook to resolve this issue. Has anyone experience behaviour from the support specialists like this?? Or any idea as to what is going on?
I also would like to add that IF this persons intentions were bad and they did want to use me for my finances they really couldnt.. I have no investments, no real estate, my credit is shit, no money saved, no money even sitting in the bank and if they tried to use my identity to purchase something or whatever they do, they would get declined so hard and laughed at in the face. (It reminds me of the time I got robbed at the gas station when I was 14 years old. The robber asked for a carton of cigarettes and I didnt smoke so I didnt know so I accidentally grabbed a carton of tubes, and placed them on the counter, and thats when he snagged them and ran out the door. Imagine how pissed he was when he got home?! Hahaha)
I had this idea in my head that Facebook/Instagram were the best social media platforms but Im starting to wonder what exactly their motives are. Two/three years ago I fell for a scam on the Facebook platform. I figured the ads that they were advertising would be legit and safe to use. After months of "investing" I went to withdrawal my money and they went into my bank account and in a split second all of my money was gone. All of my life savings, and Ive never been the same since. I knew right away that I would never get it back so I tried contacting them to let them know, and I couldnt find anything. This was two years ago maybe even three but there was no info for scam victims, no where to report, there was nothing of the sorts and thats when I realized. They dont care.
Earlier this year I learned that META collected around 8 billion dollars in dirty ad sales money that they admitted to knowing were scam ads placed by criminals. The more money spent on the ad the more META turned and looked the other way. (Google this, its facts). So they welcome in innocent users to "connect" while also welcoming criminals to use their platform as a home base to scam those users. Facebook will even line them up with people who are most likely to fall for it... Like shooting gold fish in a bowl am I right? So we are here to connect, but where are these guys? No where to be found and you most likely wont find them in the office.
So Im an old woman, and Im having a hard time understanding this. Are they quite obviously running the biggest platform in the world and calling it a social experience when its really just a big scam?
I dont feel comfortable supporting that and when this all blows over, hopefully soon I will be deleting my accounts with META and going elsewhere cause this is out of hand. Theres no accountability. These guys created this huge platform and let an AI who has no life experience, no context, no emotions, etc run it. It wouldnt be so terrible if their AI system was doing a good job but from what I read online Im not the only one who has experienced this type of "support" These guys sent me in circles over and over again, wasting my time and my energy, killing my faith in the human collective and it really really makes me wonder if that is apart of a master plan. I know people dont talk about this stuff because they are scared. Honestly you should be,
The META platform will drop security defences for criminals and then treat their users like the criminals.
I spent months trying to save my account that was being hidden for no reason at all. They have features galore but the one page 'account status', the only page users care about is the most vague bullshit. They dont help us out at all and whats ever greater is these guys are now in control of your finanaces. They can cut you off, sorry not they, the AI who has not a clue, could remove your acct because you accidentally wore your hair in braided pigtails, with a skirt. If youre too skinny, if you have blonde hair and blue eyes, if you give a peace sign and the ai flags it as a gang sign. if you wear camo, a bathing suit, if you show clevage, if youre ugly, unproportional, or even handicapped. A lot of men report women for being annoying, beautiful, ugly, etc. Women will report women because of jealousy and hate. The AI doesnt understand that and if you get enough reports, even if you follow guidelines, you can be hidden from the social experience based off of the way you were born. Thats discrimination. Not just hidden, sometimes accounts are deleted and youre locked out without word. Just like that, all of your work, all the time and energy put into your videos, its your work! Your portfolio. Just gone. Without reason, without closure. Nothing. It really gets to a person you know.
So if these guys are up to no good, just say for the hell of it, What does that mean for you and I? When is enough, enough? It is only a mtter of time before it happens to you, and when it does, you too will feel alone, and like nobody can hear you. Like your voice is getting more and more drained out. Then what? What do you do when you are being framed and no one will help you because no one has the attention span, they are iin on it, or they just dont care.
These platforms have a huge impact on our youth. Its our job to pave the way and at this rate its looking like a dark future. Its teaching children that being sneaky and having a bad immoral stragety is how you get ahead in life. Its not going to school, working, and building a family. Its online courses that take 3 min to build on chat gpt, so they can sell it to someone for 20K and be good for the next 6 months. Its creating apps that offer free trials knowing damn well that 80% of people will forget to cancel, Its accessing your bank acct and not needing approval before taking money out to purchase that app with no confirmation or approval from you. Then its saying no when you ask for a refund, Its using your platform to host fake ads so you can collect the money from the ad. Its mind games, and trickery, its a scam. 8 billion dollars in ad sales ALONE,,,, (think of how many people fell for each ad and how many bank accounts were zerod. Innocent, vulnerable people like your grand parents. There goes your inheritance. Its the hundreds of billions of dollars being stolen from innocent users!!) Its copying influencers, word for word, video for video just so you can have a piece of the pie. Its convincing people you are someone you are not living a life that isnt yours for views. Its a path we're heading down that just keeps getting darker and darker.
You dont have to comment on this. Id appreciate some support though because so far, my posts get views, but no one will speak up... wonder what thats about. This is my last attempt to resolve this. If you want change you must be the change and it starts now. Dont let them. Stick up. Speak out and dont be afraid. If youre not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to fear, but if youre allowing the system to wrong you and you just take it, now thats a problem. Youre allowed to voice your thoughts, and ideas, but never as facts. As Ive said many times, these are my own thoughts, and what I have gathered over the last few years. I was going to post it in the "meta" subreddit but they wont accept it. So here I am. If you made it this far.... well Ill be damned.
