Unsure what I’m dealing with

Background: I am an ultra trail runner. I have coach and have always been pretty good about scaling my training pretty intelligently, sleeping and eating a lot. All the things. After a big week I was at work on my rest day (restaurant, on my feet) and started feeling like left arch was ‘stiff’ or kinda achey. Since then I’ve just had pretty low amounts of discomfort along my mid foot, but particularly my arch.

Nothing in the morning at my heel insertion, been training semi normally since then, and might feel 1/10 or 2/10 discomfort in my arch after 90 mins of running. Am I looking at early plantars? Or something more acute in my arch?
