How can I become more well-rounded as an engineer early-on?
Watching creators like Hacksmith / Crash Makerspace / SMH made me wonder — how do these people actually become competent across so many disciplines?
Electronics, chemistry, fabrication, programming, CAD, mechanical design… are these people experts in everything or just good at learning stuff?
I'm still in college for Mech E but I feel like I'm just so one dimensional and that direction doesn't seem to change much talking to some Seniors at uni... Thoughts?
