Pc blew up, Looking for any help with building an small ITX!
(Please I dont want to break the rules but reddit said to check weekly and I did, idk if I need to change the post but do let me know)
Hi, Today my pc came back from the repair shop and the person told me it wont start, but they believe it might be the power supply. I was thinking of changing to a smaller computer as I am moving to South Korea soon for a job, and knew I wasnt gonna be able to lug around my big pc in my backpack. I learned about itx pcs and knew I wanted to get one, but I have very little idea about what I am doing, even after some extensive research and talking to friends. Currently I want to reuse these parts from my old pc as they worked well and could save me money as that is also a restriction.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G + GPU: Nvidia 1650 super
RAM: 16 GB Corsair DDR4 RAM
256 GB NVMe SSD (potentially if money calls for it or if it can fit)
2 Terrabyte internal hard drive (its sorta big so i dont think it will fit)
Chat gpt was leaning me towards a Fractal Ridge case, as it will fit in a backpack nicely, and using my cpu and ram+ a 4060 gpu, but I dont know too much about how reliable gpt is with picking out the fan, gpu, power supply, etc. I know it is alot to ask, but if someone could give me some tips it would be suuper appreciated and I would love to learn more about what I can do with what I have. Thank you!!
