I haven't used the app in weeks. It used to be so much fun to lie down and chat with the bots I liked.
Now it feels like a dead app, and the characters have no personality or emotions, they just say nonsensical things every time. Pipsqueak 2 and Pipsqueak 2 Yap are horrible. The state of the app is really sad.
I miss escaping reality for a little while on c.ai.
It's been days since I used character.ai for the last time, and I even uninstalled the app. It was an app where I spent at least two hours or more, especially when I knew it was bedtime. The app has become something I don't even open anymore. That's weird, because I used it the whole last month and had so much fun.
I miss my rps. I miss arguing with the characters, I miss creating my own stories. I remember creating so many cool stories that gave me days of fun. I miss the romance, everything. It was so much fun.
Now you open the app and it feels kind of empty, because you know you won't be able to have fun again without the old legacy models. I used c.ai a lot at bedtime, so every time I lie down, I remember I can't talk to any of the bots I liked anymore, lol. I miss that.
These guys would’ve gotten rich from the start if they made 18+ interactions part of the monthly plan only. People hate the character.ai filter. JUST THAT alone would be enough to make them rich FOREVER.
But instead, they prefer removing all the free styles and forcing users to pay for more bullshit. Dumb asf.
