Had 2 really shit platform engineering jobs (2y total on paper with gaps) -- the really shit was a combination of dysfunctional teams, personal issues and not recovering from unrelated stress. I barely learned anything and feel incredibly bummed on tech in general. Before this I was a python software engineer where I did mostly simple stuff but I enjoyed it quite a bit. Getting back into the job market and just terrified.

I qualify for way more on paper than I do in person (genuinely, I barely worked at thep platform jobs) and don't know how to deal with this, any tips?

This is a long shot but: we are wildly unprepared for the heat. Lots of communes have barely any green. No swimspots. No nothin'

I've heard they're talking about building a swimming pool but what else? Trees? Anything?

And if anything like this exists, I'd love to help out in any way possible or at least address this to the ccommune, does anyone have any resources on this whatsoever?
