IUI with Oura
Has anyone had experience with seeing their vitals all increase directly after an IUI? I’ve had my ring for a couple years now and have been through 2 pregnancies and 2 subsequent losses with it. I am taking a vaginal progesterone suppository twice a day now and unsure if that would cause my heart rate to increase the way it has and affecting my readiness scores and stress throughout the day. I am only 4 days post IUI so it’s way too early for this to be pregnancy related, but those were the trends I saw when I was in early pregnancy. also to hell with that trigger shot giving pregnancy symptoms 🫠.
