Is it worth buying ps4 pro f2f deal at 25k INR with 1 controller and no games

From FB marketplace I have a deal of ps4 pro at 25k INR f2f deal with 1 controller and zero games in Oct 2026. Should I consider this offer ? I already gave him offer of 23k but he stick with 25k and not below. What should I do?
